Mark Moskowitz has been in the real estate business over 30 years, with a current focus on the luxury home market, particularly in the Paradise Valley area.
His enthusiasm and skill continue to produce record breaking sales figures year after year. In 1992, 1993, 1994, 1997 and 1998, Realty Executives named him as the top ranking salesperson in the United States. Mark also landed the top salesperson ranking in the entire nation in 1992, 1994 and 1997. He holds the second position nationally for the years 1993 and 1995 and the third position nationally in 1996 and 1999.
In 1993, Mark formed The Moskowitz Group with the singular goal of providing the best possible customer service. Bringing together a group of professionals who shared this vision, Mark and his partner, Shane Ashcraft, built their business on a solid foundation of ethical business practices, focused on positive results and an unparalleled level of customer service.
Shane’s professional career includes serving as the Director of Marketing for one of the nation’s largest retailers, managing Houston’s Restaurant and partnering in several start up businesses. Licensed in 2004, Shane started his Real Estate career with a boutique company that specialized in luxury home sales and continued his sales career with the Fine Homes Division of Prudential Arizona Properties where he quickly became one of the top sales associates in the state. Joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010, Shane is honored to have the distinction of being a partner in the highly reputable team, Moskowitz, Ashcraft & Partners, which provides more opportunities for his career to continue to excel.

John is a Midwesterner from Iowa who graduated from the University of Iowa and is married with 2 children. John relocated to Arizona in 1997 bringing with him the values, business ethics and experiences gathered from his life in Iowa.
John owned and operated a Best Western and Days Inn hotel in Dubuque Iowa and served on the board of Best Western International for 6 years. His relationships forged in business, not only in Iowa, but in the United States, Canada and the World have helped John hone in on his listening skills so he can listen to his clients and understand their needs.
John takes great pride in guiding his clients through the real estate process by providing them with the tools necessary to have a successful outcome. He accomplishes this through education and communication. John is proud to be in the profession of Real Estate.
Susan has resided in Arizona since 1976 moving here from Minnesota. She graduated from ASU in Business Administration with a minor in Aeronautical Technology and currently holds a Private Pilot license. First licensed in Real Estate in 1981. Susan pursued a career in Medical Sales working for major medical equipment manufacturers. She retired from the Medical field to pursue Real Estate full-time and currently specializes in second home acquisitions in the Luxury Home Market in the Paradise Valley and Scottsdale areas. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients become familiar with all that Arizona has to offer. To give her clients perspective, an aerial view from a small plane is one way she can show her clients around.
Lanie Larsen, a licensed realtor, relocated to Arizona with her husband and two children several years ago. A graduate of Marquette University, Lanie’s background in marketing and sales makes her an asset to Moskowitz, Ashcraft & Partners as Office Manager. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and knowledge of the local real estate market allow her to support and aid not only the team, but also the clients.
